  1. How about the DWP banner stating, “can i train, yes you can”, thats misssing a massive BUT to it.
    The BUT where you can providing DWP say you can which is after they make you sign a document stating you have to give it up or reorganize it (colleges dont reorganize courses dew to many pupils per class) if an offer of work is available, this includes placements handed to you by DWP where you work for free.

    To further compound that DWP DONT want claimants to train was when they under the coalition removed concessions from courses and instigated the 24 plus advanced learners loan.
    This means now not only do you have to give it up for either no pay or low pay insecure work but also now wear the financial debt that goes with it despite now having no qualification to show not to mention until you pay the debt off, cant ask for another 24 plus advanced learners.
