I find it amazing that there is so little support for Welfare Benefit claimants within the UK.

Online resource doesn’t include a Chat option like the Chat service included on the Careers Service.

Reality is that the Gov.uk links are not as easy to find your way around and one has to wonder if that is intentional.

In fact, DWP haven’t even produced videos on how to use most of their welfare pages.

If the Government are keen to encourage us on to the internet to look at issues like Universal Job Match or Universal Credit you would expect Chat options or videos.

However the DWP Youtube channel has recently been seen to have videos that clashed on the subjects of Universal Job match and Credit.

As these two are supposedly flag ships of the department one has to wonder if it is contracted out or in-house.

The Youth who are likely to use these facilities need clarity as they were the most likely to be claiming Universal Credit during the roll out. A neet review may be needed.
